Child Safety Standards

LikeFolk strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity related to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors
• Grooming, solicitation, or sexual communication involving minors

Any such content or behavior will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or child protection authorities.

LikeFolk is intended exclusively for users aged 18 years and above.

Accounts found to be operated by minors will be permanently removed without notice.

LikeFolk provides in-app mechanisms for users to report:

• Inappropriate or harmful content
• Abuse, harassment, or exploitation
• Suspected CSAE activity

All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team, and appropriate actions are taken, including content removal and permanent account bans where necessary.

If LikeFolk becomes aware of content that may constitute child sexual abuse material (CSAM):

• The content is immediately removed
• The associated account is suspended or terminated
• Reports are submitted to relevant law enforcement or child protection authorities, as required by applicable laws

LikeFolk complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including obligations related to:

• Detection and reporting of CSAM
• Cooperation with authorized law enforcement agencies
